A look into Belgrade, where gypsies make a living out of transforming Citroën classic mobile 2CVs into futuristic Mad Max style vehicles. Beyond their use, the transfigured cars represent freedom, hope and ultimately the people's lifestyle dedicated to saving what others have dumped. Another example of how things are recycled are exhausted batteries reused as power generators for lighting and watching the television. Unfortunately the police don't find those vehicles funny…
