biography
He is an actor, producer, director; he entered nature documentary filmmaking in the 1990s with Microcosmos (1996) and Himalaya (1999). His directorial debut film was Winged Migration (2001), collaborating with director Michel Debats on L’Ecole nomade, (2008) and Jacques Cluzaud on Océans (2009) and Les Saisons (2016). He received the Movies Save the Planet award at the 2016 CinemAmbiente.
