biography

He earned a degree in Documentary Filmmaking from the FAMU, Prague, where he now teaches. In 1992 he began working with audiovisual materials, organizing cultural, social and environmental-themed events. Titles to his credit include the shorts Javor 98 (1998), Stage Sweep (1999, co-directed with Vit Janecek), Egg Methods (1999) and the documentary-style features Dust Games (2001), My Home… (2003) and Zdroj-Source (2005), winner of the 2006 Student Council Award at CinemAmbiente.
