He is a writer and film director; he has made documentaries and feature films centering on discovery and the natural world. Films to his credit are: Il grande Nord (2004), Belle & Sebastien (2014), L’Odyssée sauvage (2014). Engaged in initiatives for the protection of the environment, animals, and native populations, he sponsors the “L'école agit!” project for raising awareness of environmental conservation among schoolchildren.
