She makes documentaries and TV series, like A Taste of Place, Coffee & Allah, Elder Birdsong. She teaches with Shuchi Kothari and Peter Simpson Media and Communication at the University of Auckland; since 2015 they have collaborated on the multiauthor project Digital Storytelling in the Pacific.
