He is a film producer and director, and director of photography; he founded Insekt Film, a production company, in 1997, through which he makes documentaries and TV series for national and international networks. Titles to his credit include Viaggio in Saharawi (2010), I Cavalieri della Laguna (2014), Gli ultimi butteri (2018), and L’ultimo uomo che dipinse il cinema (2020).
