biography
Inizia ad occuparsi di fotografia dall'età di tredici anni ma, dopo la laurea alla San Francisco State University in Theatre Arts, la sua attività si è rivolta soprattutto al teatro. Ha prodotto, diretto e interpretato diverse produzioni teatrali sia da indipendente che con la Los Angeles Women's Shakespeare Company di cui fa parte. È stata allieva di Byrne Piven, che ha insegnato ad importanti attori come John Cusack, Lily Taylor e Tim Robbins, fino alla sua morte nel 2002. The 26th è il suo primo cortometraggio, interamente scritto e prodotto.
