biography
Born in 1969 in Bangladesh, he is a journalist filmmaker and one of the founder members of the Dhaka International Short Film Festival. He lives and works in Berlin where he studied Art History at the Freie Universitàt before specializing as cameraman. His final year film was Sand and Water (2002), followed by The Happiest People in the World (2005).
