biography
Nato in Bangladesh nel 1969, è un giornalista cinematografico, tra i fondatori del Dhaka International Short Film Festival. Vive e lavora a Berlino, dove ha studiato Storia dell'Arte presso la Freie Universitat, per poi specializzarsi come cameraman, diplomandosi con il documentario d'esordio Sand and Water (2002), a cui fa seguito The Happiest People in the World (2005).
