In the middle of a forest an old forest ranger lives in peace with the other forest animals. One day a hunter arrives and the ranger stages a sham to trick him and save the animals with the help of the Animal Resque Squad. Made using puppet animation, a solid tradition in eastern European filmmaking, this engaging film lets the viewer see the world from a child's perspective.
