Located about 1 km from the coast, the Solvay chemicals plant has discharged its wastewater into the sea for decades, coloring the beach white. A voice reminisces about what the beach used to look like, as shown in old postcards. The factory casts a long shadow at dusk, alluring to contested circumstances. A toxic odor slowly fills the air, revealing how contaminated the apparent harmony really is.
