Thule Tuvalu

Directed by

Thule is a town located north of Greenland, which remains the northernmost inhabited point on the planet. Tuvalu, on the other hand, is one of the smallest island nations on Earth, stretching for seven hundred kilometers in the Pacific Ocean. These two seemingly distant places, not only geographically, are in fact intimately linked by the catastrophic impact of global warming on their territory. The daily lives of Thule's inhabitants are at risk of being permanently compromised by the progressive melting of the ice, while Tuvalu's atolls are literally at risk of disappearing due to rising sea levels.
